We are celebrating an anniversary
Borgholzhausen, April 1, 2021 – What began two decades ago with three employees and 5,000 square meters of storage and handling space in Beelen, Münsterland, is now an established logistics service provider with a total of 350,000 square meters of logistics space and an 850-person team. The motivation behind this growth?
“We have been where our customers need us for twenty years. If you need a new location, we’ll make it possible. If new services are required, we also make that possible,” explains Stefan Brinkmann. We live our guiding principle “Your logistics order – we take care of it!” To this day and it is thanks to this customer focus that we have opened the second location in Bad Iburg after four years and since 2005 another eight locations in Germany as well as more than 850 employees were able to recruit inside.
And our service portfolio has also developed steadily. In the meantime, based in Borgholzhausen in East Westphalia, we are an established player in the contract logistics market, as well as, for example, food and pharmaceutical logistics as well as e-commerce. “We are particularly attracted by the sectors in which we can bring our DNA to bear: for example, the speed in e-commerce, the trust in contract logistics or the security in pharmaceutical logistics,” says Brinkmann.
“I am very proud of what we have achieved in just 20 years, the increase in space and employees we have achieved and how many customers trust us with their logistics. At the same time, it spurs us on to maintain our growth and our customer orientation over the next few decades, ”says managing partner Stefan Brinkmann, looking back at the past and the future of B+S.
Because our growth is far from over. The next twenty years lie ahead of us – full of performance and commitment. Since our development alone would not have been possible, we would like to thank everyone who has accompanied us on the various stages of our journey from 2001 to today.
