We coordinate procurement logistics, warehousing, order picking and distribution so that you can establish and maximise synergies. Whether for industry or food retail: we optimise the procurement of your raw materials and merchandise in line with your process planning. We also bring containers to you, using all modes of transport. If you wish, we can deliver goods or bought-in parts directly to your production facility. Or we can store them at one of our 13 locations and transport them to the production facility or point of internal consumption “just in time” or “just in sequence”. We assume complete control of your materials for you – from purchasing to administration and warehousing. From goods receipt, with all the necessary inspection steps, to order picking and shipping, your goods are in very good hands with us. Our 500,000 square metres of logistics space at various strategically important transport hubs are at your disposal. There we store and handle your goods exactly to your requirements – temperature-controlled, certified and safe. With our own IT resources, we can also connect to your storage system and monitor it for you and can create interfaces to your merchandise management system – this is how seamless warehouse logistics work.

Your frozen and fresh goods are our passion. That is why all our 12 warehouse facilities operate with temperature control. We store your products at exactly the temperature that guarantees the best quality: from deep-freeze, down to -25°C, to fresh, from +2°C to +8°C, or ambient temperatures, between +15°C and +25°C. You can also be sure of the safe distribution of your foodstuffs or pharmaceutical products: with our temperature-controlled vehicles, your goods always arrive at their destination in the very best condition.
Sensitive pharmaceutical goods not only require compliance with legal stipulations such as general approval by the local authority or a wholesale permit, but also need extremely careful treatment. To achieve this, we work in strict accordance with the GDP guidelines: in compliant facilities and with access to GDP-qualified semitrailers with state-of-the-art thermal transport equipment. In this way, we guarantee not only professional storage – temperature-controlled from +2°C to +8°C and from +15°C to +25°C – but also a secure cold chain during transport. Your pharmaceutical and healthcare products are safe with us. And you can also be sure that with our full-service pharmaceutical logistics, in accordance with AMWHV, our pharmaceutically trained employees offer you reliable quality controls and complete documentation. You have the possibility of tracking every batch and always have an overview of the best-before date of your products. Goods may be returned for many different reasons. With optimised e-commerce solutions, we can prevent some risks from arising in the first place: by providing detailed information for buyers in the online shop or using algorithmic predictions of the probability of returns. If returns do occur, we optimise your costs and make sure that the customer is satisfied. From the assessment and classification of returned items and the further processing or restocking of your products through to the rapid processing of refunds: we take care of it!
