Stefan Brinkmann, managing partner of B+S, will remain with the company as managing director in a responsible position. Nagel-Group becomes the largest shareholder in B+S<\/strong><\/p>\n The acquisition of B+S is part of a large-scale investment strategy for the Nagel-Group and serves to diversify its own business models.
