Bielefeld, August 28, 2021 \u2013 On September 3rd, Germany’s e-commerce elite will meet in Bielefeld at the fourth E-Commerce BBQ<\/a> \u2013 organized by the logistics service provider B+S. Industry experts such as Felix Beilharz<\/a>, Rene Dhemant<\/a> and Christoph Bohm from Spryker<\/a> give insights into the top trends in digital retail. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The topic of social selling is definitely one of these trends, Felix Beilharz<\/a>, online marketing specialist, book author and consultant, is certain: \u201cSocial commerce is one of the big trends of the coming years. All major social media channels have already integrated shopping functions or are currently testing them. And they keep expanding that. E-commerce via social media will be the standard at some point – in the entire customer journey from discovering a product to informing it, buying it, paying for it and recommending it or marketplaces, for Christoph Bohm, Senior Solution Consultant at the e-commerce solution provider Spryker Systems<\/a>, it comes down to a very decisive factor: “Technological differentiation is the basis for sustainable success in e-commerce.” Commerce comes from experts: Matthias Klumpe, Senior CRM Sales Consultant from Campaign<\/a>, Jonny Hofberger from plentysytems AG<\/a>, Wolfgang Jung, CEO of the online marketing agency team digital<\/a>, or Artjem Weissbeck and Andreas Tussing, founders and CEO of the conversational Commerce solution provider Charles GmbH<\/a>.<\/p>\n

About the E-Commerce BBQ<\/strong><\/p>\n

The healthy mix of professional input and relaxed networking: The logistics service provider B+S is also planning this for this year’s E-Commerce BBQ<\/a>. It is the fourth of these events with which B+S would like to network logistics professionals, e-commerce specialists and interested parties. In order for this project to succeed, over 32 speakers provide a holistic view of online trading and shed light on current trends and tips for e-commerce and the logistics behind it. In addition, the physical well-being is taken care of with grill specialties from the smoker.<\/p>\n
