B+S stands for integrity and transparency.<\/p>

In order to prevent and detect legal violations and to guarantee an EU-wide standard for the protection of whistleblowers, the European Union has enacted the EU Whistleblower Directive ((EU) 2019\/1937).<\/p>

B+S is implementing the directive by setting up a corresponding reporting system consisting of a reporting portal<\/a> and hotline<\/a>.<\/p>

Our employees and third parties who have contact with B+S in the course of their professional activities can use the reporting system to report legal violations and violations of the B+S Code of Conduct. Reports can be submitted anonymously and confidentially. The report is sent to Integrity GmbH, an external ombudsman service commissioned to handle such reports. <\/p>
